Specifications

Operation: The operation of the model CCM-AH cartoner is based on a vertically mounted double wheel (turret) containing six exchangeable cut out pairs of segments into which a carton blank is erected and held. This turret indexes the cartons to stations fixed on the machine frame around the turret. At or between each station an operation is performed. These operations include erecting the carton blank, folding of major and minor flaps, tucking or gluing, printing and many other available options. Each indexing of the turret is initiated as soon as the product has been swept into the carton from an infeed conveyor system and certain safeties have been confirmed.

Performance: Up to 60 cartons per minute (operator dependent)

Closure type: Tuck or hot melt glue

Carton magazine: Holds 550 mm stack of carton blanks (extensions optional)
