Specifications

Operation: Carton blanks are pulled from a storage magazine, erected and placed into a transport chain. The products are conveyed in an adjustable pocket conveyor that runs parallel to the chain with erected cartons. A driven pusher unit gently moves the product from the pocket conveyor into the open carton. The filled cartons are sealed, coded, checked and discharged.

Function: Intermittent motion

Performance: Up to 80 cartons per minute

Closure type: Tuck or hot melt glue

Carton magazine: Horizontal, for 1000 to 2000 blanks
