Specifications

Operation: An auger feeder delivers product on demand into the formed bag. The interchangeable auger screw has a servo drive capable of short cycling rates at high rpm. The signal to start turning for each product delivery cycle comes from the bagger or a footswitch in semi-automatic operation. Inside the hopper is a driven agitator which sweeps the product toward the center of the hopper to fill the flights of the auger screw. The hopper is equipped with a level probe to monitor and control the supply of product by the horizontal feed screw.
